Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule if at least a 48 hour notice is given. Deposit will still be applied to final payment.

Cancellations

Clients who are in need of cancellation will need to give a 7 day notice before the booked session. In doing so, the deposit is non-refundable, however may be applied toward a future session within 30 days. Clients who are in need of cancellation less than 7 days prior to the booked session - deposit is forfeited and cannot be transferred.

No Show

If the client does not arrive within 15-30 minutes of the scheduled session, the session is considered a no-show, and all payments are forfeited.

Weather Policy

If weather conditions make shooting unsafe or impractical, the session will be rescheduled at no extra charge.
